What it is: A remote session for a feeling, reaction, relationship, or pattern that keeps coming back. Emotions that were never fully felt can stay in the body long after the moment has passed, quietly shaping how you respond. This session finds them and releases them.
How it works: After booking, you send me a few sentences about what feels stuck. You do not need to tell the whole story. Working on your behalf, I use energetic testing to identify each emotion, where it came from, and when it took hold. Some are your own. Some were absorbed from people around you, and some were passed down through a family line. Each one is released as it is found. There is no live meeting, and you do not need to do anything on the day.
